The Janitor/Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of commercial buildings and assigned work areas
.

The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, physically capable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services. Previous janitorial experience is preferred, but motivated individuals willing to learn are encouraged to apply
.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect restrooms
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
• Dust and sanitize furniture, surfaces, and high-touch areas
• Empty trash and recycling and clean waste bins as needed
• Clean windows, doors, vents, and other assigned areas
• Shampoo and maintain carpets as required
• Wipe up spills and address potential safety hazards promptly
• Properly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Report damage, safety concerns, maintenance issues, or major repairs to management
• Complete required cleaning reports and documentation
• Follow established cleaning procedures and company standards
• Secure assigned areas and ensure doors are locked when cleaning is complete
• Perform other cleaning and light maintenance duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the assigned worksite
• Ability to pass any required background screening
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position
• Must be dependable, trustworthy, and committed to quality work
