Campus Testing ProctorLocation: 2329 E Little Creek Rd, Norfolk, VA 23518
Work Schedule- Monday – Thursday: 10 am – 7 pm
- Friday: 8 am – 5 pm
$18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Key Duties- Verify valid government IDs and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with PSI, FAA, and other regulatory policies.
- Perform reception duties, check‑in and check‑out of candidates.
- Conduct monitoring duties including one‑way mirror surveillance, video surveillance, and routine walk‑through inspections.
- Advise students regarding testing competencies.
- Handle general office tasks: report writing, email communications, and phone customer etiquette.
- Assist in training new testing proctors.
- Support daily test center operations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Campus Executive Director or Director of Compliance.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, compliance‑oriented environment.
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, highly organized, able to multi‑task, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
- High integrity, strong work ethic, and professionalism.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent computer skills; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
- Willingness to work outside regular shifts as needed.
- Experience as a testing proctor.
- Prior experience in a college admissions environment.
