USMMI, based in Norfolk, VA, seeks a Manager, Maritime Support Vessel (MSV) to oversee daily MSV operations, engineering, logistics, safety, and budget. The role reports to the Director, Operations and requires travel to ships, government meetings, and contractors.
The Manager will supervise Masters and engineers, coordinate crewing and contracts, ensure USCG/USG certifications, and drive safety culture and customer satisfaction.
