ISR Installation & Modernization – Surface Ship Project Manager to join our team! This is a full-time role located in Norfolk, VA. As a Project Manager you will play a critical role ensuring that productive and safe work is performed on board U.S. Naval Ships and Military installations which is vital to our Mission to protect and serve our Military.

• Responsible for all aspects of field and/or task-level project performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial).
• Supervises personnel involved in all aspects of project activity, organizes, and assigns responsibilities to subordinates, oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks, and maintains customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations.
• Exercises independent judgment, as well as a high-level of analytical skill, in solving non-routine technical, administrative, and managerial problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, project teams, project stakeholders, and leadership.
• Assesses project performance issues and presents periodic financial status and recommended approaches to Government & Corporate leadership.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Draft subcontractor documentation to include Statement of Work, Purchase Orders, invoices, and monitored work execution, financials, materials and resources.

• 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience.
• Must have an active SECRET security clearance.
