Oversee the daily operations of our Norfolk office, ensuring that every policyholder receives exceptional attention and care.

Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our long-term goals of growth and community support.

Mentor and guide the sales team, helping them sharpen their skills and reach their professional potential.

Foster strong relationships with community members, business owners, and local stakeholders to build a robust referral network.

Review agency performance metrics regularly to identify new opportunities for service improvement and coverage expansion.

Lead by example in client meetings, demonstrating the deep industry knowledge and empathy that define our agency culture.

Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

Five or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or agency operations.

Strong leadership background with a focus on mentoring and developing others.

Solid understanding of risk management principles and insurance policy structure.

Demonstrated ability to manage a profit and loss statement and drive revenue growth.

Experience using digital insurance quoting platforms and agency management systems.

Deep knowledge of the Norfolk market and local business landscape.
