Harris Technologies is seeking a Project Manager in Norfolk, VA. The Project Manager will direct all phases of programs from inception through completion. Essential functions include driving project execution to achieve key business and financial objectives, developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize project workflow, and being responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs or subcontract projects of major programs.

Qualifications include broad knowledge of project management and a Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience is required. Demonstrated ability to manage projects or processes with general/limited supervision, communicate with contacts inside and outside of own department, and knowledge of power/energy solutions, machined components/fabrication, and supply chain experience are also necessary.

Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and ability to create and interpret data metrics are required.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington State, DC and Virginia (Greater D.C. area), Denver, or NYC areas is $67K-$124K. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia (outside of Greater D.C. area) is $57K-$107K. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
