Insight Global is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end federal and commercial proposals in Norfolk, VA. You will coordinate with Capture Managers and BD, manage schedules, direct writers and SMEs, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, and drive compliant, winning submissions.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in federal proposal development, ability to obtain a Secret Clearance, and proven leadership of cross-functional teams through the full proposal lifecycle.
