Now hiring an operations manager for our new inpatient extended care rehab facility opening in Norfolk, VA!
What You'll Do
- Manage complete maintenance of facility and property (fire drills, vehicle maintenance, tech support, inventory, storage etc.)
- Complete periodic maintenance checklists to ensure functionality, safety and compliance
- Oversee and direct custodial and housekeeping staff and all external contractors
- Provide operational support whenever needed (i.e administrative errands, transportation coordination, event planning, security oversight, Accounts Payable etc.)
- Collaborate with Executive Director and Administrator as necessary
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Min. 1 year experience in substance abuse treatment industry (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Acute observational and communicational skills
- Ability to collaborate and multitask
- Strong responsibility and accountability
