Position Summary

Serves as the regional leader for CMA CGM Group's Ethics, Privacy, and Integrity programs across North America, driving a culture of ethical conduct, accountability, and regulatory compliance. Applies strong judgment, business acumen, and subject matter expertise to identify and mitigate compliance risks, advise business stakeholders, and develop practical solutions that protect the organization while enabling responsible business growth. Leads the implementation and oversight of the Group's data privacy compliance program across the region, partnering with Legal, Information Technology, Human Resources, Compliance, and business teams to ensure the responsible handling of personal data and adherence to applicable privacy obligations.

Monitors evolving legal and regulatory requirements, assesses potential impacts to the business, and helps establish effective governance processes, controls, and risk mitigation strategies. Leads the North American anti‑corruption compliance program, providing strategic guidance and oversight to promote ethical business practices and compliance with applicable anti‑bribery and anti‑corruption laws, regulations, and Group policies. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to identify compliance risks, strengthen internal controls, and support sound decision‑making in complex business environments.

Provides regional leadership and coordination for the Group's Duty of Vigilance program, including support for the Speak Up whistleblowing framework and related governance initiatives. Promotes a culture of transparency, integrity, and accountability by helping ensure concerns are appropriately raised, reviewed, and addressed in accordance with Company policies and compliance objectives. Serves as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on ethics, privacy, anti‑corruption, and Duty of Vigilance matters, developing and delivering impactful training, communications, and awareness initiatives that strengthen employee understanding, reinforce compliance expectations, and foster a culture of ethical decision‑making throughout the organization.
