• Operate commercial food processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow detailed instructions and maintain strong attention to detail in all tasks.
• Set up, monitor, and operate automated production equipment.
• Apply mechanical skills to troubleshoot and support equipment performance as needed.
• Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety standards.
• Maintain sanitary conditions of equipment and facility at all times.
• Lift materials up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Arrive consistently and reliably with dependable transportation.
