Senior Analyst

This program provides readiness and sustainment support to improve operational availability and mission effectiveness while controlling cost and optimizing constrained resources. It uses collaborative, data‑driven operating models that include end‑to‑end readiness ecosystems (operations, maintenance, engineering, supply chain, manpower/training, and financial management). AI‑enabled approaches are a desired element of the solution to improve the speed, scale, and consistency of analysis and decision support.
- Experience developing and executing successful strategic plans. Possesses demonstrated knowledge, extensive experience in the development of solutions, recommendations, or outcomes across multiple complex tasks in multiple organizations.
- Defines problems, analyzes and develops strategies to achieve assigned objectives. Manages the preparation of analyses, evaluations, and recommendations for implementation. Provides complex statistical modeling and analysis.
- Evaluates existing business goals, team functionality, and cross‑discipline cooperation and develops recommendations to improve internal performance, shorten throughput time, and minimize internal costs, while increasing the overall quality of work, product, or service output.
- Implements improved systems, procedures and organizational changes.
- Employs analysis techniques, such as work breakdown structures, activity‑based costing, process and productivity improvement measurements, and program audits/evaluations and performance testing to achieve stated objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, physics, operations research, statistics, or engineering from an accredited college or university, or equivalent specialized experience. Six years of additional related work experience may be acceptable.
- Fifteen years of related experience, of which six (6) must be direct experience in the following concentration area:
People (CVN & TMS) – Supports the generation of people readiness for CVNs & TMSs. Working knowledge of the training and provider processes that generate people readiness. - Prior military experience as a Commissioned Officer and/or senior level DoW government experience (GS14‑15, O5‑O6) may be considered favorably.
- Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
The general salary range for this position is $94,428.00 – $.
