This role supports a U.S. Navy customer, providing readiness and sustainment support to improve operational availability and mission effectiveness while controlling cost and optimizing constrained resources.

The Senior Advisor works with collaborative, data‑driven operating models and may use AI‑enabled approaches to improve analysis and decision support. Responsibilities include producing readiness assessments, decision‑support products, establishing and maintaining consistent readiness metrics and reporting, and integrating data from multiple authoritative and legacy sources to deliver actionable analytics and dashboards.

• Serves as a senior advisor to the Government and provides support to the customer on program and project operations.
• Determines the adequacy and acceptability of evolving program and project plans and change‑management strategies, molding processes and operations to improve the customer business methodology.
• Applies knowledge of business management principles, organizational structures, and information‑management techniques to formulate long‑ and short‑term management plans designed to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Analyzes in‑place business, operational, and financial processes and management relationships.
• Identifies and recommends programmatic approaches to re‑define, plan, organize, design, develop, and modify current practices and processes.
• Develops program and project plans, guidelines, and controls.
• Performs tasks that require both practical experience and theoretical, state‑of‑the‑art technical knowledge in a specialty area.
• Demonstrates a broad scope of expertise sufficient to support an entire domain of client operations—maintenance and supply‑chain management, total force management.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, physics, operations research, statistics, or engineering from an accredited college or university, or equivalent specialized experience. Allowable substitution of six years of additional related work experience.
• Fifteen years of related experience; of those, six (6) years must be direct experience in equipment readiness for CVNs, with working knowledge of the training and provider processes that generate equipment readiness.
• Prior military experience as a Commissioned Officer and/or senior‑level DoD government experience (GS‑14‑15, O5‑O6) may be considered favorably.
• Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
