Monitor work in process, customer satisfaction, and ordnance material stocking levels;
Oversee physical movements of ordnance materials through receipt, storage, and issue processes;
Prepare procurement of operating supplies and training plans for staff;
Direct and manage a multi-skilled workforce of approximately 12 employees;
Plan, manage, and evaluate production planning, inventory, and shipping programs
