About the Opportunity
This role is within a family‑owned manufacturing business in Norfolk. It is a hands‑on leadership role working closely with the owners, managing day‑to‑day operations and driving continuous improvement.

The RoleLeading a production team of about 40 employees, ensuring the factory runs smoothly, supporting and developing people, and driving operational improvement and growth.
- Lead and support production teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Maintain a visible presence across the factory and build strong working relationships.
- Drive improvements in manufacturing processes, quality and hygiene standards.
- Ensure production schedules, compliance requirements and customer expectations are met.
- Support implementation of new procedures and operational best practices.
- Work closely with owners and wider management team to improve efficiencies across the business.

- Previous experience in an Operations, Production or Manufacturing Management role.
- Background within food manufacturing, feed production or a similar production environment.
- Proven ability to engage, motivate and develop teams.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
- Experience improving processes and driving standards within a manufacturing setting.
- Practical, organised and hands‑on approach to management.
