Shift PatternThis is a Monday to Friday role, working a 3-week rotating 4-3-3 pattern of 12-hour days and nights (06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00).

- Carry out machine and equipment safety checks before start-up and complete the relevant documentation.
- Support the Shift Manager in achieving team plans, including cleaning, improvement, training and labour plans.
- Prepare equipment, tooling and raw materials required for job start-ups, tool changes and colour changes.
- Operate and monitor production processes to ensure output, quality and efficiency targets are achieved.
- Inspect, pack and identify products to ensure they meet specification requirements.
- Provide cover during break periods and training sessions when required.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and work in accordance with the 6S system.
- Engineering/Manufacturing background and strong mechanical aptitude (essential).
- NVQ Level 2 in Engineering/similar (advantageous).
- Experience with in plastics manufacturing or a similar production environment (advantageous).
- Knowledge of EBM, ISBM or IM processing (advantageous).
- Polymer Processing certification preferred or competency gained through experience and/or internal training (advantageous).
- Full Right to Work in the UK.
