National Steel and Shipbuilding Com in Norfolk, VA is seeking Shipfitters J-4 for the 1st shift (6 AM to 2:45 PM). Responsibilities include reading blueprints, laying out plates and structural shapes, and assembling foundations, deck houses, and ship structures.
Candidates with tack welding, welding symbols, and power tool use are preferred. No clearance required; multiple openings available in a day shift in the Norfolk steel shop.
