Colonna’s Shipyard, Steel America division, is seeking a 2nd Shift 1st Class Ship fitter to fabricate, assemble, and install structural components aboard ships in Norfolk, VA. Candidates should have extensive shipfitting experience, strong welding skills (FCAW), and the ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
Position requires physical work, ability to work beyond standard hours, and potential limited travel.
