Colonna's Shipyard, located in Norfolk, VA, is seeking a 2nd Class Ship fitter for the 2nd shift. You will assist in fabricating, assembling, and installing structural components aboard ships, reading blueprints, and welding under supervision.
The role requires at least 3 years of shipfitting experience in marine environments, the ability to lift heavy loads, and the capability to pass a tack weld test with FCAW. This onsite role may require extended hours and occasional travel.
