Role Summary
:
To plan and deliver outstanding experiences to participants in the Foundation’s various programmes and initiatives in line with our DNA, values and behaviours
Objectives:
- To plan appropriate activities based on the needs of the specific programme and participants individual needs
- To deliver a wide range of sessions to various participants and groups across delivery portfolio
- To adhere to the Foundations safeguarding, EDI and health and safety requirements

Knowledge, skills and experience - essential- Experience of coaching in different environments including community-based programme
- Experience of planning and delivering coaching sessions and programmes
- NGB level one award in coaching or similar
- Experience of working with young people in a sports
- Ability to manage different groups effectively and safely
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Knowledge of how young people learn and develop
NGB level two certificate in coaching or similar
Ability to differentiate to meet individual participant needs
Excellent communication and time management skills
