Junior Marketing Associate - Entry Level

We are hiring a Junior Marketing Associate to support our event marketing and fundraising campaigns. This is a full-time, entry‑level marketing position ideal for candidates seeking experience in event marketing, nonprofit fundraising, brand promotions, donor engagement, and community outreach

No prior event marketing experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.

This role involves face‑to‑face engagement at live fundraising events and community activations.

• Assist with the execution of live event marketing and fundraising campaigns
• Support nonprofit outreach and donor engagement initiatives
• Represent nonprofit clients at community events and promotional activations
• Communicate campaign messaging and fundraising goals to event attendees
• Track event performance metrics, donor interactions, and attendance
• Coordinate event setup, breakdown, and materials management
• Collaborate with Event Specialists and Team Leads to achieve campaign goals
• Participate in ongoing training in marketing strategy and leadership development
