Sentara is currently hiring an RN to work at Sentara Leigh Hospital located in Norfolk on the Med Surg/ Hematology Unit.

Hours / ShiftFull-time, night shift. Approximately 7pm to 7am.
Department /Position Overview
This state‑of‑the‑art 24‑bed unit cares for a wide variety of medical diagnoses including CHF, COPD, sepsis, pneumonia, diabetes, stroke, end‑of‑life, and chronic blood disorders such as sickle cell. Nurses gain experience with wound vacs, high‑risk medication infusions, telemetry, tracheostomy care, chest tubes, peritoneal dialysis, and other procedures. The unit offers self‑scheduling.
Our staff members have diverse backgrounds that enable culturally competent care. Teamwork is core to our culture, and no one is left behind.
Videos- Virginia or Compact Multi‑State License in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- RN–Diploma, ASN, BSN, or MSN from an accredited school
