Registered Nurse/RN will join a mission‑driven team that serves home health needs of patients in the Norfolk, Virginia Beach or Suffolk area of Virginia.

- Full‑time role / 40 hours per week
- Flexible schedule
- Responsible for providing home nursing care through all phases of care.
- Provide treatment to patients per protocols, utilize OASIS assessment and documentation.
- Manage and administer prescription medicines as needed.
- Perform ongoing periodic system assessment and data collection in a systematic manner.
- Educate and instruct the patient, patient’s family and other staff as required.
- 1‑weekend on‑call.
- Registered Nurse/RN
- License and Board Certification in the state of Virginia or pending.
- Open to new graduates with a strong clinical background.
- 1 year or more home health experience preferred.
- Team‑oriented & outstanding communication skills.
