Administer medications to residents and accurately record administration as prescribed by physicians;
Monitor and manage medication inventory and accountability;
Document resident medication updates and incidents and communicate with the Resident Care Director;
Demonstrate safe handling of controlled substances and report discrepancies;
Act as shift supervisor when appropriate and maintain regular communication with the Resident Care Director
