** Manager of Nursing and Patient Care Services**, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth, effective, and compassionate delivery of care within your designated clinical areas. *** Oversee the daily operations of assigned units or departments
* Foster a high-performing nursing team through coaching, mentorship, and support
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
* Collaborate with physicians, leaders, and staff to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

** What You’ll Need to Succeed
** We’re looking for a clinical leader who’s ready to take the next step in their nursing career—someone who combines compassion with confidence and professionalism with presence.

* Required Qualifications:

*** Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia or compact state
* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
* ** Minimum of 5 years of RN experience
** in a hospital or acute care setting
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Prior leadership or charge nurse experience
* Critical Care Experience
* Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
