As the Manager of Nursing and Patient Care Services, you will ensure the smooth, effective, and compassionate delivery of care within your designated clinical areas. You will lead by example, modeling best practices, promote collaboration, and drive performance aligned with our mission of safety, quality, and patient‑centered service.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of assigned units or departments
- Foster a high‑performing nursing team through coaching, mentorship, and support
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians, leaders, and staff to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Promote professional development and a positive, inclusive work environment
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia or a compact state
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of 5 years of RN experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- Prior leadership or charge nurse experience
- Critical Care Experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills
- Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (a plus)
