Job Description
Seeking a dedicated LPN with pediatric and neurology experience for a 12-week assignment in a pediatric neurology clinic. The role involves providing high-quality care for children with neurological conditions, including seizures and developmental delays.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care:
Take vital signs, height/weight, draw labs, and administer cheek swabs.
Medication & Procedures:
Reconstitute Botox for injections and assist with medical procedures.
Neurology Care:
Manage patients with seizures and developmental delays.
Clinical Support:
Handle phone calls, manage messages, and assist with drug authorizations.
Travel:
Travel to an offsite location on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Requirements:
Experience:
2+ years of pediatric neurology nursing experience.
License & Certification: LPN License in VA and BLS Certification
Skills:
Proficient in vital signs, lab draws, Botox reconstitution, and seizure management.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday with rotating late shift on Fridays.
Additional:
