Third (Nights). This full‑time night shift position runs approximately 6pm to 6am on the Med/Surg Observation Unit at Sentara Leigh Hospital.

Sign‑on bonuses up to $20,000 available for qualified candidates and $7,500 for new graduates. A moving allowance is also offered.

• Assess and admit patients to the Observation Unit.
• Perform rounding checks and provide direct patient care.
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
• Communicate with patients’ families and coordinate care teams.
• Oversee overall patient care and documentation.

• Virginia or Compact Multi‑State RN license in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• RN Diploma, ASN, BSN, or MSN from an accredited program.
