About This Role
Join Our Team at Vitality Living as an LPN at our Acclaim at East Beach Community! We are searching for a compassionate caregiver who can positively impact residents' lives every day.
Responsibilities- Administer or assist residents with self‑administration of medications and treatments
- Collect, store, and ensure transport of specimens for laboratory studies
- Communicate with physicians via telephone, fax, and physician communication forms
- Ensure physician orders, laboratory reports, and other data are scanned and filed in resident charts
- Assist in the development and revision of service plans; inform the Wellness Director of current resident needs, preferences, and successful service approaches
- Perform other duties as directed by the Wellness Director
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Meet state or provincial health‑related requirements
- Maintain current professional license and CPR certification if currently an LPN/LVN
- Maintain any other certifications required by state or provincial regulations
- Monthly and quarterly perfect attendance bonuses
