Overview
Registered Nurse (RN) in Pediatric Operating Rooms providing specialized perioperative care for pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities- Float across various pediatric units such as PICU, NICU, pediatric medsurg, PACU, ED, and postpartum with a focus on high-quality, relationship-based care.
- Provide perioperative nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room.
- Minimum of 2 years PICU experience.
- Experience in NICU and pediatric ED environments.
- Valid state nursing license.
- Certifications:
BLS, PALS, NRP, ACLS, and additional pediatric-specific credentials. - Proficiency with EPIC charting.
- Comfortable floating within scope and meeting unit requirements.
- Adhere to facility policies and complete required modules.
- Provide patient‑centered care to diverse pediatric populations across multiple specialized units.
