OverviewDaVita is seeking an RN to deliver dialysis care in skilled nursing facilities (SNF). You’ll provide on-site treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease, offering high-quality, compassionate care directly in the facility setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide dialysis treatment to patients at SNF partner sites
- Monitor patient vitals and assess treatment response
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans
- Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- No prior dialysis experience required—comprehensive paid training provided
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- May float to multiple facilities during and after training
- Fast-paced environment with diverse patient needs
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience a plus
- CNN or CDN certification preferred

The wage range for the role is $37.00-$51.00 per hour. Compensation will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
