We have an immediate opening for Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Norfolk, Virginia
.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; occasional weekend and holiday rotations 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Compensation: $78,000 to $83,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator will:

• Assist with coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education
• Communicate physician orders and instructions, and laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation
• Establish a compassionate environment by supporting patients and their families
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records

We’re looking for professionals with technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in excellence, empathy, and accountability.

• RN required; BSN preferred
• Current state RN license without limitations required
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women’s health preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients
• Computer proficiency required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team and build effective relationships
• Strong customer service orientation, results‑oriented, and highly responsive to requests
