Signature HealthCARE of Norfolk, a 169-bed facility, seeks a dedicated LPN/LVN to provide direct nursing care, medication administration, and wound care while ensuring residents' comfort, dignity, and safety.
You will supervise nursing assistants, develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team, maintain timely documentation, and coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges. A current LPN license and CPR/BLS are required; LTC experience is preferred.
