Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse or Director of Nurses.;
Participate in development and implementation of client plans of care per agency policy.;
Engage in maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy home environment and follow infection control procedures.;
Communicate client status and care provided to the RN, and document observations accurately.;
Attend to patient rights and privacy, and assist with activities of daily living as assigned.
