Administers and accurately records the administration of medications for residents as prescribed by the physician;
Assists in monitoring and safe delivery of the Medication Management Program;
Observes, records, and reports complications or adverse reactions and follows up with the Resident Care Director;
Documents pertinent information in the resident record and maintains medication inventories;
Maintains a safe and clean environment and collaborates with residents and staff
