Resource Pool Level 3 Rn Opportunities
Resource pool (RP) level 3 rns are part of a team of caregivers who provide staffing support to a variety of units. rn level 3 rns are able to take assignments in general care units as well as at least two critical care units. assigned units will be within the level 3 rn's skill level and could include:
- general/specialty units:
- medical/surgical unit
- hematology/oncology unit
- progressive care unit
- technology dependent intensive care unit
- inpatient rehabilitation unit
- neuroscience unit
- emergency department (minor care)
- post-anesthesia care unit
- level ii critical care units:
- pediatric intensive care unit
- neonatal intensive care unit
- emergency department (main treatment area)
all rp level 3 staff rns are supported by the general care unit and critical care unit's leadership and report to the operations center manager.
