Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is seeking a Full Time Transplant Coordinator for the Kidney/Pancreas Transplant team. The role focuses on coordinating care for post-transplant patients and supporting clinic flow in a busy tertiary center.
The RN must hold a VA or multi-state license with 2+ years of acute care experience and renal knowledge; ADN is required, BSN or higher preferred, and BLS is required. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.
