Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).
• No current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - Children’s Hospital The Kings Daughter.

Experience with Pediatric Fresh Open Hearts with congenital heart surgery experience
Pediatric Open Heart Experience with: PAP/CVP/IABP/ECMO/CVVD or CRRT/Chest tubes/Alines

Min of 5 years Peds CVICU experience but will consider less
Unit / Facility Details:
Patient Ratio: 1/1 for first 24 hours, then 1/2 if stable
Special Requests:
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years
