LPN – Emergency Department | Level I Trauma Center
Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring part-time Licensed Practical Nurses for our Emergency Department, home to Hampton Roads’ only Level I Trauma Center. Location: Sentara Norfolk General Hospital – Norfolk, VA
Position Status: Part-time, 24 hours per week
Shift: Night shift, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
Weekends: Every other weekend availability required
Holiday Rotation: Required

Nurses in this department gain exposure to complex emergency, trauma, cardiac, stroke, critical care, and specialty cases while building advanced clinical skills in a collaborative environment.

- Degree or diploma in Licensed Practical Nursing required
- LPN license required
- Prior LPN experience preferred
- Emergency Department experience preferred
- Strong candidates with related acute care, critical care, intermediate care, trauma, cardiac, stroke, or med/surg experience are encouraged to apply
