Desired Skills & Experience- Active RN license with current good standing
- Demonstrated experience in a CVICU or similar cardiac-focused ICU setting
- Proficiency with advanced cardiac monitoring, post-op cardiac care, and critical care interventions
- Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Effective communicator with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Adaptable and able to perform in high-acuity clinical environments
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from complex cardiac procedures, such as open-heart surgery and cardiovascular interventions
- Monitor vital signs, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Administer medications, manage life-sustaining equipment, and document all interventions accurately
- Deliver patient and family education, offering support through all stages of recovery
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols

$2,211 - $2,419/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
