POSITION 1: VA LOAN OFFICER (Purchase Focus)

This role is for loan officers who want volume without marketing spend and are comfortable being paid 100% on performance
.

What You’ll Do

• Take live transfer VA buyers from our ISA team

• Complete same-day VA prequalifications

• Structure and price VA purchase loans

• Support active offers and contract deadlines

• Communicate clearly with agents and buyers

• Lock, process, and close VA purchase loans

Availability (Required)

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM (local) for live transfers

• Evenings & weekends as needed for urgent prequals and offers

Requirements

• Active NMLS license (VA eligible)

• Strong VA loan knowledge

• Purchase-focused mindset

• Fast, accurate, and highly responsive

• Comfortable with performance-based compensation

POSITION 2: REAL ESTATE AGENT (VA BUYERS)

This role is for agents who want to focus on relationships and closing , not chasing leads.

Appointments are set for you.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with VA buyers on scheduled appointments

• Show homes and guide buyers through the process

• Write competitive VA offers

• Coordinate closely with VHA loan officers

• Build trust with military families

• Close transactions with confidence

Availability (Required)

• Open availability for:

• Buyer appointments

• Showings

• Offer deadlines

• Willing to sync calendar with VHA scheduling

Requirements

• Active Virginia real estate license

• Strong communication and follow-up

• VA experience preferred (not required)

• Professional, reliable, relationship-driven
