We are looking for an assistant manager to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently for our quick service restaurant. The assistant manager is responsible for ordering kitchen supplies and equipment, managing team schedules, and controlling costs so the restaurant remains profitable. They supervise all restaurant staff performance and must hire and train new team members. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes great customer service in a high-volume environment.

- Manage the day-to-day activities of the restaurant and keep the space looking neat and clean
- Provide operation and shift schedules for all team members
- Review relevant food handling safety regulations to ensure that you and your team are following them
- Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions on how to improve
- Deliver excellent quality to guests while providing quick service to all customers of the restaurant
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
- Food service industry experience is required
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
- Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction
