Operations Assistant Manager

As an Operations Assistant Manager, you will be the driving force behind our restaurant's success, focusing on profitability, outstanding guest service, and team development. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading a team of 20-45 employees, and achieving key performance goals.

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
• 1-2 years of previous experience in a quick service restaurant; management experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of Profit and Loss statements to enhance profitability
• Strong leadership qualities
• Solid grasp of guest service principles
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts

• Profitability:
  • Manage inventory costs and perform regular inventory checks
  • Order and receive inventory shipments
  • Maintain a list of all restaurant assets
  • Ensure preventative maintenance is conducted as per Company standards
  • Follow all cash control and security procedures
