Monitor shift performance, safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.;
Plan for each shift, schedule staffing, and train crew.;
Manage inventory, food safety, and daily maintenance/cleanliness.;
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure quality food production.
