Showroom Sales Associate

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Sales Associate located in Norfolk, VA. The Showroom Sales Associate will assist customers in selecting furniture, provide product recommendations, and process sales transactions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the organization and appearance of the showroom, updating inventory information, and addressing customer inquiries. The role also involves building strong customer relationships to ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse customer base.
• Experience in retail sales, business to business sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent organization and time management skills to maintain showroom aesthetics and support sales goals.
• Outstanding verbal communication abilities and a professional demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of furniture trends, layout design, or interest in interior design is a plus.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and general computer skills, including proficiency in email handling.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
