Process Checkout and/or Return transactions, and monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area;
Provide product/project knowledge to customers and identify selling opportunities;
Assist in supervision, coaching and training of other Front End Associates;
Provide first level escalation for customer issues;
Expedite price checks, approve Point of Sale transactions and markdowns for various registers and services
