Supervise Meat/Seafood department staff up to 15 associates;
Assist Meat/Seafood Manager with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department;
Interview and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work; assist in evaluating performance; reward and discipline associates;
Address complaints and resolve problems in the department;
Carry out supervisory duties in accordance with Harris Teeter policies and applicable laws
