Harris Teeter - - Responsibilities:
Supervise up to 80 associates in the Fresh Foods Department.;
Assist the Department Manager with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.;
Carry out supervisory responsibilities including performing duties of baker/fryer, cake decorator, Fresh Foods clerks, and chef.;
Interview and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work; assist in appraising performance; reward and discipline associates; address complaints and resolve problems.;
Ensure customer service excellence and store performance through effective team leadership.
