Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first point of contact with our customers. We value their commitment to exceptional customer service, enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to assist customers through the ordering process. In this role, CSRs also gain valuable experience by assisting with in‑store duties and learning the pizza delivery business.

• Hourly Base Pay: $12.80

This CSR position offers an excellent opportunity to learn the in‑store side of the business and eventually move into management. Domino’s Pizza is committed to promoting from within; many General Managers started as drivers, and many started as CSRs. This role is a stepping stone to advancement into our Management Development Program.

• Must understand all store calls must be answered after the first ring.

• Standing and Walking: tasks performed while standing; delivery personnel travel between store, vehicle, and customer location.
• Lifting and Carrying: lift cases up to 50 pounds; carry bulk items up to 30 pounds; carry three trays of dough (approximately 12 pounds each) over short distances; carry pizzas and beverages during delivery.
• Bending, Stooping, and Squatting: forward bending at the waist necessary at assembly station, front counter, and stocking; crouching or squatting occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching: continuously up, down, and forward; occasional reaching above 72" to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on signs, lift or lower objects to and from shelves.
• Pushing/Pulling: moving trays on dollies requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds.
• Climbing: occasionally navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance, such as changing prices on signs or washing walls.

• Pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
