Job Overview
Field Service Representative – Retail Display Installer, technology focus. Travel up to 90 miles from home with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Work Monday–Friday; weekends not required. Pay 18.00 per hour. Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay. Job assignments include both flexible self‑scheduling and fixed shifts, with a minimum of 20 hours within a rolling 30‑day period.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to field services management within 24 hours of contact and keep availability updated.
- Ensure all assigned jobs are fully completed on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install, build, and maintain displays, end caps, and f‑fixtures per plan‑ograms and client directives.
- Complete required forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site.
- Perform break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software, schedule jobs, and adhere to timelines, reporting anomalies daily.
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and assist other team members as needed.
- Complete training and certification programs within the required timeframe.
- Competitive hourly wage of 18.00.

- Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed.
- Minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, lift, grasp, and reach overhead.
- Strong communication skills via phone, text, and e‑mail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
- Preferable installation and merchandising experience, proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Must own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo and data upload.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
