Lead and develop teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback;

Drive the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating PL statements, budgeting/forecasting, controlling expenses, inventory flow, and merchandising to meet goals.
